Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely! We want you to feel safe and comfortable with your move. We provide a released value protection standard moving plan, which covers $0.60 per pound of the specific item. The protection of your goods is based on the weight of that one item and not the actual value. If you want or need additional insurance on your belongings, please contact your insurance company for a quote.
Do you offer packing services?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not. We always advise having everything packed before our arrival.
Do I need to have everything packed?
The short answer is YES. Having everything packed and ready for us to move is going to save you time and money.
Are there any hidden fees?
NO. We believe in being transparent and want to build trust with our moving community. We are upfront with you regarding all costs of your move. Estimates represent our best guess on the resources you’ll need and the amount of time it will take for us to move your belongings. There is a breakdown of our pricing in the RATES section and if you have any questions just shoot us a message and we will be glad to answer it.
Is there a deposit?
We ask that you pay the start fee for the deposit as soon as the move is booked. You will be responsible for the hourly charges once the job is completed.
What are my payment options?
We accept debit/credit cards (2-3% processing fee) or cash.
What if it is raining?
We leave that up to you. We are always happy to reschedule and completely understand. We will not move anything if you don’t feel comfortable.
